We really appreciate your support and we would like to know what we could do to make this fundraiser even better in the future. Please take a few moments and fill out the survey below. 1a. What problems\challenges did you run into?

2. We used one set of numbers for the entire game. Would you prefer one set of numbers the entire game or would you prefer to have one set of numbers for the first half and one set of numbers for the second half?

One set for the entire game

3. Winnings were done as 10% first quarter, 10% second quarter, 10% third quarter and 20% final quarter. The remaining 50% went to Isaac's Smiles. Do you like this setup or would you like to see changes?
